The Magic of the Moon Landings

To celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Apollo Moon landings Richard Wiseman (Professor for the Public Understanding of Psychology) and I collaborated to produce a video using magic to tell the story of the mission. The video, which you can watch above, has proved extremely popular, attracting over 160,000 views on YouTube. In addition, we published additional research showing that people rated this type of magic-based video extremely interesting, informative and absorbing, in a peer reviewed journal.
